Our company was founded in 1995 by Michael J. Evans. Michael has a BS in
Business from the University of Southern California as well as a MBA
from California State University at Northridge.
Michael has over 20 years in the medical insurance billing field and was
responsible for the implementation and training of medical billing
systems throughout the United States for major medical laboratories,
including Unilab, MetPath, and Quest Diagnostics. He was also the
Billing manager for MetWest/Unilab Laboratories and Immuno Laboratories.
Seeing the need for electronic medical billing for the medical offices,
Michael started his own medical billing company in South Florida. The company handles medical offices throughout the United States.
Our company strives to be the most advanced in the medical billing field
and offers the latest in medical billing solutions that suit the needs
of any type of medical facility or practice. We currently have over 30
providers in many different fields and specialties.
National Billing realized that the flow of information between billing
company and provider was difficult to manage, and many charges and EOBís
were missed. To solve the lost charges problem National Billing now
offers free to all our clients a software program that allows the
practice to transmit the billing charges to National Billing. The
program also works as a patient scheduling system that makes sure that
every patient that is scheduled gets a charge entered thus eliminating
missed charges. The provider will be sure that all charges were sent to
National Billing. This program ensures that there are no lost charges
resulting in an increase in revenue and a decrease in the paper work.

We also solved the problem of missing, storing and receiving EOBs. For
all our clients we now provide a faxing service that takes the faxed
information and stores it into a secured server. The data is indexed for
easy access by National Billing. This service allows National Billing to
store all the EOBs, as well as patient notes, and other information that
the provider faxes. This program meets all the HIPPA requirements and
documents are stored for seven years.
